WHAT IS ISM REHAB DOING IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19?

 ISM REHAB is still seeing patients in-person while taking necessary precautions to protect our patients, staff, and community including following  public health guidelines as well as the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Guidelines and College of Massage Therapists of Ontario for pre-screening patients and operating health care facilities.

ISM Rehab is following Ministry of Health Guidance for Health Care Providers and the Infection Protection and Control (IPAC) Checklist for Clinic Office Practice.

The safety and security of our patients and team members is of paramount importance to us.   We are monitoring guidance from local, national and global health organizations, and taking precautionary measures to ensure our clinic minimizes risks. 

Our health care team of physiotherapists, massage therapists, PTAs, admin staff and physicians are working hard to support your health at this critical time.

​​For the health and safety of our staff and patients we are asking that if you have:

• Have any of the following symptoms: fever/feverish, new or existing cough, and difficulty breathing
• Recently traveled outside of Canada/Ontario within the last 14 days
• Have been in close contact with a confirmed or probable COVID-19 case
• Had close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has been outside of Canada in the last 14 days.
