Our clinic is able to bill the following insurance companies as long as your policy allows an assignment of benefits (AOB).

Assignment of benefits: An arrangement by which a patient requests that their health benefit payments be made directly to a designated person or facility, such as a clinic, dental office, or hospital.

Along with Third Party Insurance Companies we accept Motor Vehicle Insurance claims and private paying patients.

Please note, we cannot accept WSIB or OHIP claims at this time.
