TENs units comes with lead wires, electrodes, batteries, instruction and a carrying case. TENS units are Transcuanteous electrical nerve stimulations) uses an eletric current to stimulate the nerves for therapeutic purposes and is used to non-invasively treat acute and chronic pain.

• The TENS unit has an adjustable pulse and frequency intensity. Should you require extra electrodes these are also available for sale individually.

• Hot or Cold Therapy - Eggs can be heated in water 3-4 minutes to improve circulation to hand during exercise Or chilling the eggsercizer int he fridge can reduce swelling and desensitize painful areas.

ROCKTAPE

RockTape is Kinesiology tape used to treat sports and non-sports injuries. RockTape microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia below, which decompresses the area and promotes blood flow.

Indications include: proprioceptive feedback, decreasing tone, swelling, good for injuries such as shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runner's knee and back pain. 

LEUKOTAPE

An elastic tape used to support sensory function. Used to smooth sensation of pain, stimulate mechanoreceptors of skin, Encourage proprioception and electromyographic activity, encouraging lymph drainage and posture correction. Used primarily for muscular pain back pain, lymph edema and headaches.
